Thank you for your purchase. Each of my pieces are created by hand. No piece will be duplicated or ever look the same but some pieces may share similar style elements.
Shipping and Handling
I provide free shipping and handling on all US domestic orders this includes Hawaii and Alaska. This does not include overnight or any special delivery options. Please call me at (719) 238-1564 with questions regarding shipping and handling so I can work this out to better serve you.
Each piece will come in a pouch and a box. I take the utmost care in packaging your piece so it arrives safely.
For shipments outside the continental USA - customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
Jewelry will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. Standard delivery orders is 6 - 10 business days in the continental USA.
I will ship First class and insured through USPS. Unless otherwise instructed by customer.
Return Policy
I want you to be completely happy with the jewelry you purchased. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return the jewelry piece and I will gladly accept the return for a full refund.
All returns must:
- Be received by Karen Box Anderson within 21 days of you receiving the jewelry purchase with receipt.
- Be in the same condition as when it was received.
- If damaged in transit, please take picture(s) of how you received it and notify me by calling (719) 238-1564.
- Please indicate why you are sending it back.
- Package the item with all the original packaging. Please note customer is fully responsible for the jewelry until the point that it is received by Karen Box Anderson.
- When Karen receives the jewelry piece she will credit back the original price along with shipping for a full refund to your original method of payment.

Caring for your jewelry
Keep your jewelry in the pouch and box I provide. Wipe down your piece with a soft cloth or a jewelry cloth to slow down tarnishing. Oils from your skin accumulate on the surface of silver and can predispose it to oxidization. Wearing your piece will also help with the slow down of tarnishing.
I do not recommend using a silver polish or ultra sonic jewelry cleaner especially with semiprecious stones.
Always use a clean cloth on semi-precious stones.
